Press and hold on a corner handle, then hold command while doing this to switch to perspective transform mode adding in alt and shift will alter exactly what you're doing in perspective mode. Object>envelope distort>make with mesh, make a 1x1 distortion mesh Select the entire image you want to distort in perspective. I am hoping to reconstruct the text in illustrator so when I export people can actually read it.
I am hoping for a repeatable solution so all the different elements can all be modified to be at the same perspective as opposed to freehanding each one.Īs to why I am not just using photoshop, this is a small part of a larger artboard in illustrator with other content and when I export it using the existing image I made in photoshop the text becomes illegible. I've tried the perspective grid and shearing, but nothing has let me match the perspective of this screen! I am sure it is something simple that I am missing and help would be appreciated. I have been googling for a while now and no one seems to talk about this particular scenario.
